Terms & Conditions
Bloodline Detailing is a fully mobile service, meaning we come to your home or workplace for your convenience. We do require access to a safe power source, as our equipment runs from an extension lead.
For the safety of our team, your vehicle and due to insurance requirements, we're unable to carry out work on vehicles parked on main roads, busy roads, narrow or tight streets, or in pay-and-display car parks
If you think your chosen location may fall into any of the above categories, please get in touch before booking. We're always happy to help and find a suitable solution where possible.
If your vehicle's interior is heavily soiled due to mud, pet hair, mould, vomit, or blood additional charges may apply. To keep things fair and transparent, we recommend sending a few clear photos before booking so we can provide an accurate estimate. If this isn't done, pricing may need to be discussed on the day before work begins.
All bookings are secured with a deposit and are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Deposits are paid directly to Bloodline Detailing via bank transfer and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposit amounts may vary depending on location, selected package, and the level of work required.
While we do our best to stick to every booking, Bloodline Detailing can't be held responsible for things outside of our control, such as traffic issues, acts of God, or third-party actions. If we ever need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we'll do so within 14 days of the original booking. If this isn't possible, your deposit will be fully refunded.
By making a booking, you confirm that you've read and agreed to these terms and conditions. In cases where a booking is affected by any of the above, full booking charges may still apply
An invoice will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. Failure to pay may result in further action being taken.
Please note that a missed booking is a missed wage for our team. We truly appreciate your understanding and ask that bookings are respected, as we cannot absorb a loss of time or income.
